Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TestIn AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

TestIn AI is a no-code browser test automation platform that allows users to record, manage, and replay automated tests for web applications. The service consists of:

• A web dashboard for managing projects, tests, suites, and run history
• A Chrome browser extension for recording user interactions as test steps
• A backend test execution engine powered by Playwright

2. Account Registration

To use TestIn AI, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access via our contact form →

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. Accounts created with false information may be terminated without notice.

3. Subscription Plans and Limits

TestIn AI offers the following plans:

Plan limits are enforced automatically. Attempting to circumvent plan limits through technical means is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TestIn AI to:

• Test websites or applications you do not own or have explicit permission to test
• Conduct automated attacks, denial-of-service testing, or stress testing against third-party systems without authorisation
• Scrape personal data from third-party websites in violation of their terms of service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written consent
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all test data, recorded steps, and content you create using TestIn AI. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and execute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content and the websites you test do not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

6. API Keys and CI/CD Integration

Pro and Enterprise users may generate API keys to trigger test runs from CI/CD pipelines. You are responsible for:

• Keeping API keys confidential and not sharing them publicly (e.g. in public repositories)
• Revoking and rotating compromised keys immediately
• All test runs triggered using your API keys, regardless of who initiates them

7. Service Availability

TestIn AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge and without any uptime guarantee or SLA.

8. Intellectual Property

TestIn AI, its logo, the dashboard interface, the Chrome extension, and all underlying software are the intellectual property of TestIn AI. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestIn AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that test results will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TestIn AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if no payments were made).

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with 30 days notice, or immediately for serious violations
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
